How to participate in Manvel's letters to Santa.

Although I don't celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday, my small town elementary school would get me into the spirit with several activities such as watching 'The Polar Express,' creating small paper plate ornaments and paper snowflakes.

Letters to Santa were an essential part of the holiday season experience in my elementary school classes. It helped keep the magic in the air, even if we didn't get anything from our wish lists.

Manvel is hosting its annual Santa's mailbox for children who wish to participate. Here's everything you need to know about how to give and receive a letter to Santa.

What traditions do you have for the holiday season? I have to watch the 'Home Alone,' 'How The Grinch Stole Christmas' and rewatch the entire 'Criminal Minds' series every year while sipping on hot chocolate with a candy cane and marshmallow inside to give it a peppermint flavor. I started this tradition with myself nine years ago when I was a senior in high school.
