On Tuesday, Anthony and Blake Rakela made their first appearance at the Placer County Superior Court and were let go soon after. The Placer County District Attorney decided not to formally file any charges against the father and son at this time, and they were released without bail. In the courtroom, 60-year-old Anthony Rakela and his son, 20-year-old Blake Rakela, appeared in court together dressed in orange jumpsuits.
