After deadly storm Tuesday, more bad weather expected

I wish we didn't have more devastating storm news today, but we are not so lucky.

A 16-year-old died tragically in the storms while the house he was working on collapsed near The Woodlands in Egypt. Officials with Bridge Tower Homes, which is developing the Logan Square townhome community, said they are "devastated" by his death.

Four Montgomery County residents, including a Woodlands man, were electrocuted after more severe storms ripped through southeast Texas Tuesday.  In an unrelated incident, three Willis residents, including a 6-year-old boy, were hospitalized after they were found near a downed power line by the Lake Conroe campgrounds. More on that here.

The next round of storms is expected in the overnight hours, and their strength or weakness could determine what happens in the next few days.

Just like the more than 70 inches of rain that nearly stopped The Woodlands from becoming The Woodlands in the early days, I think this May will be notorious for years to come.
