FBCL's new state-of-the-art Fulshear library is getting ready to welcome readers
FBCL's new Fulshear Branch Library will be ready to welcome readers in two weeks' time.
The new library replaces the permanently-closed Bob Lutts Fulshear/Simonton Branch Library.
It features more open spaces, natural lighting, study rooms and a computer lab with 176 computers.
FBCL aimed to have the Fulshear Branch Library ready by the summer of 2023, but encountered various obstacles that caused delays in the timeline.
The soft opening is set for Monday, Dec. 18, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony planned for January of the upcoming year.
