Manvel is exploding in growth. Learn about the upcoming projects, new leaders in the city.

It's difficult to keep up with all the new infrastructure and schools on the horizon for Manvel. The city has seen a growth rate of 60 percent in the last year as more than 6,000 people have moved in since 2020, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.

The city's new Town Center development is exciting for Manvel residents, especially because it includes a new H-E-B that anchors the commercial property.

I attended the grand opening of the H-E-B and several customers expressed their excitement as they shimmied to music from a DJ with their large shopping carts.

But that's not the only development planned in Manvel.

Here's everything you need to know about what to expect in Manvel for the upcoming year including housing developments, new businesses coming to the Manvel Town Center, new leadership, schools and more.

If you hear of new businesses opening or developments in northern Brazoria County, I want to hear from you, the readers! My inbox is always open for you.
