The Houston Chronicle's 2023 Top 100 Restaurants list will be unveiled tomorrow night at our Houston Culinary Stars party.
The list is a project that has been a year in the making, involving a team of veterans who researched, dined, wrote, edited, photographed and produced their hearts out because they care deeply about trustworthy, fair and ethical restaurant criticism. This reader-service effort was costly in both time and resource arenas. We do not take our cues or ideas from other outlets, or feature restaurants we've never visited.
So if you'd like us to continue the work we do for a long time, do check HoustonChronicle.com around 6 p.m. on Thursday.
