As the Astros finished up another win over the Rangers on Saturday night, a new injury concern popped up: Jose Altuve departed after feeling something in his left side. It's the last thing an injury-ravaged squad needs as it tries to climb out of a hole. Houston did see more improvement from Bryan Abreu, something its embattled bullpen will no doubt take right now.

Another injury concern?

Second baseman Jose Altuve appeared to hurt himself on a swing late in Saturday's game, giving the Astros another potential injury issue as they await word on his status.
