Between fights, the dress code crackdown and Harris County Judge Lina Hidalgo's dust-up, the Houston rodeo seemed to descend into chaos this year.
And then there were the $22 turkey legs.
The rodeo is Houston's singular event, an economic engine, educational experience and a cultural phenomenon that binds the city together.
