Pasadena plant fire contained; LyondellBasell must issue report within 24 hours

Steer euthanized after it was injured during Houston Rodeo wrestling event

A veterinarian determined euthanasia was "the most humane course of action." The Rodeo didn't provide further details about the steer's injuries.

Klein ISD Police Department has been consistently training and preparting their officers with tourniquet training and learning how to seal chest wounds as well as scenarios involving simulation rounds, simulated improvised explosive devices and heavier equipment.
