Houston's World Cup moment is getting closer, and the city is already finding creative ways to build excitement.

Organizers are planning a Guinness World Record attempt in Hermann Park, aiming to line up more than 1,000 soccer balls as part of the lead-up to the 2026 FIFA World Cup

It's one of several efforts tied to the tournament, which will bring seven matches and thousands of visitors to Houston next summer. Here's how you can take part.
