Breaking News: Colony Ridge developers reach settlement with feds, Texas officials
The federal government and the state of Texas reached a tentative settlement with developers of a housing community in Colony Ridge after a pair of lawsuits alleged the builders used illegal land-sale tactics that targeted thousands of Hispanics.
