A few months ago, we developed a first-of-its-kind tool to identify who owns the most land in Texas — and mapped the properties of the state's top landowners. 

We also created a searchable map of every recorded property in Texas, allowing you to investigate any building or land's owners.

Now, we've zeroed in on Houston, identifying who owns the most plots of land in the area.
