How William Harris spends his best day in Houston

William Harris runs a museum that's crucial to the city's identity: Space Center Houston, which attracts more than 1 million visitors each year to see rockets, touch a moon rock and visit NASA's historic mission control as seen when astronauts walked on the moon.

Harris is in charge of the center's strategic direction. He moved to Houston in 2016 with his partner José Robles, and they've immersed themselves into the city's rich culture — particularly its food scene.
