Polls are officially open in Houston. Here's the latest.

It’s Election Day in Texas. Millions of voters will head to the polls Tuesday to cast their ballot in key elections such as the presidential race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump and the tense Senate race between Ted Cruz and Colin Allred.

Harris County’s 700 polling locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for in-person voting as well as for absentee voters who plan to drop off their ballot.
