After making strides toward respectability last season, the Rockets look to take another step toward playoff contender when a new campaign commences tonight against Charlotte at Toyota Center. By agreeing to contract extensions and staying in Houston, Jalen Green and Alperen Şengün showed their faith in the Rockets' trajectory, writes Jonathan Feigen.
