Tropical Storm Alberto forms near Texas. Here's where it's going

Latest on Houston-area beaches: Galveston ferry halts service

The Galveston County Office of Emergency Management suspended service for the Galveston-Bolivar ferry due to high tides on Wednesday morning. Service will resume when conditions improve, officials said on X.
