Texans trade for running back Joe Mixon

Mixon is a former pro bowler who has four 1,000-yard seasons in his seven year career. 

 

• Texans free-agent tracker: Ravens linebacker Del'Shawn Phillips agrees: Phillips, 27, has played primarily on special teams for the Bills, Jets and Ravens. He agreed to a one-year deal with the Texans. 
• Texans' Dylan Horton in remission after Stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis: Texans defensive end Dylan Horton announced he is in remission after being diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma.
