Houston now under 'hard freeze watch'
Houston and the surrounding area could experience sub-freezing temperatures as low as 18 degrees Fahrenheit from late Monday night through Wednesday morning, according to new updates from the National Weather Service (NWS). Houston Public Works is asking residents not to drip their faucets if their water comes from a pumping station.
