Construction stalls on 33-story Museum District high-rise

The X Co.'s luxury residential 33-story tower has stopped in Houston, with no clear indication of when the project might resume.

HISD suspended homeless students despite state ban, report says

In total, the district gave 1,714 days of out-of-school suspensions to homeless students during the 2021-22 school year and 1,987 during the 2022-23 school year.
