Tow and Go driver Rico Luna sees if he can fix the flat tire of driver Jasmine Hawkins' car after pulling her to a safe place after she pulled over onto the northbound shoulder of 288 with a flat tire, Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022, near downtown Houston.
