Houston rain chances dry up this week. Here's what to know

Radar is likely to look sparse across most areas Thursday afternoon. A stray coastal or bayside shower or storm cannot be ruled out.

Houston rain chances dry up this week. Here's what to know

Earlier this week showers and thunderstorms dotted the radar, but an upper-level ridge will limit rain chances. If you're on the Texas Gulf Coast or perhaps around Galveston Bay, your chance of seeing rain is the highest through week's end, but still slim at best.
