Cypress's most expensive homes feature sports courts, Batman-themed theater.

As Cy-Fair settles in as one of Houston's most popular suburbs, many people are still flocking to the area and buying expensive homes.

The area's average house may be in the $400,000 range, but Cypress is home to some multimillion-dollar properties as well.

From large pools to six-bedroom houses, check out these luxury homes that are the area's most expensive. This list of the most expensive Cypress homes for sale has some of the most unique amenities in the area with four-car garages, basketball courts, guest homes and even a Batman themed in-house theater. Yes, I said it — a home on Kz Road has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and a custom Batman-themed theater with bat suits on display along with the entire Gotham skyline.

Which property on our most expensive homes list is your favorite? Let us know.
