Bridgeland's final village will feature 3,000 homes, parks and trails.

As Cy-Fair continues to grow, another 3,000 homes are set to come to the area with the development of Bridgeland's final village—Creekland.

Developed by the Howard Hughes Corporation, the community is a hotspot for growth, with Creekland Village beginning home sales earlier this year.

Creekland, one of four villages in Bridgeland, offers 2,300 acres of biodiversity with green spaces and eco-friendly structures. The community features trails, biking, parking, streams, wildlife and more.

Bridgeland is sixth among the nation's top-selling master-planned communities, according to a recent report by real estate consulting firm RCLCO.

What are your thoughts on this new village coming to Cy-Fair? Let me know.
