Houston has broken a record, but not one to get excited about.
This summer Houston's overnight lows have been unusually warm, with the city's official climate site recording a record number of nights with temperatures at or above 80 degrees. Here's why that's concerning, according to newsroom meteorologist Justin Ballard.
