Plus: Indoor places to cool off. New digital Whataburger opening soon.

CyFair Insider

Here are your favorite breweries in northwest Houston.

Last week we put out a poll asking you all for your favorite breweries and beers. The results showed a clear favorite: Senate Avenue Brewing Company. Not only did Cy-Fair show out for the poll, but several other breweries in the northwest area made a strong showing.

Senate Avenue was founded by a local craft beer group formed by neigbors and friends, including former Jersey Village mayor Andrew Mitcham. Senate Avenue opened in 2020, providing a variety of food and locally made craft beer.

Did your favorite make the cut? What brewery has a drink you prefer over the one with the most votes?
