Here we go again. Nine months after New York City Mayor Eric Adams threatened to help campaign against Gov. Greg Abbott, he's at it again. This time the Democrat is suggesting Abbott is busing migrants from the Texas border to cities run by Black mayors intentionally to make those mayors look bad. After being all over the NYC tabloids, Adams took it to CNN where he said he was not calling Abbott a racist but was just pointing out facts. Abbott is also sending migrants to Philadelphia, which has a white mayor. On Fox News, Abbott didn't respond to the race allegations but said he's not the one picking the cities, so much as the migrants. "They are the chosen cities by the migrants themselves," Abbott said. If Adams was hoping to get Abbott to stop, his answer came in the form of another busload sent to New York City earlier this week. |
