| The Grand Oaks boys basketball team made a big statement Wednesday night. The Grizzlies prevailed with a 75-72 road victory over College Park in a triple-overtime thriller. Grand Oaks ended College Park's 31-game district winning streak earlier this season as well. The Grizzlies (19-9, 5-2) remain right in the thick of the playoff race with nine games remaining on the schedule. Caleb Edwards scored a game-high 28 points against College Park (20-6, 6-2) while Jordan Reece had 21 points, including a layup that gave his team the lead for good. His two free throws with 7.7 seconds left provided the finishing touches. "This was the craziest game I've ever been in," Edwards said. "Props to (College Park). They're a great team. We practiced hard all week. We had a game plan, and we stuck to it and executed it for the win."
