  Man accused of killing Yuba-Sutter CHP commander's estranged husband extradited – The man arrested at the Sacramento International Airport in connection with the death investigation of a CHP commander’s estranged husband has been extradited from Sacramento to Kentucky. The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to ABC10 that Thomas O’Donnell left Sacramento Thursday. He’s scheduled to be arraigned on Jan. 26, 2023, in Cumberland County, Kentucky. Families forced out after Stockton mobile home park deemed uninhabitable – Some families in Stockton are scrambling to find shelter after being forced out of their mobile home park Thursday morning. Officials with the San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office say their deputies enforced a clean-up court order Thursday at a mobile home park on Auto Avenue near Waterloo Road. The order deemed the location uninhabitable. The forced morning move-out came as a disappointment to mobile home park resident Wilma Guenthur who said she's lived at the location for 36 years.
