Sacramento County homeless man accused of killing 74-year-old James Raleigh – Deputies said a homeless man was put behind bars after allegedly killing a 74-year-old man Wednesday. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office identified the suspect as Darin Chastain, 54 of Sacramento County. He was booked into jail on suspicion of homicide.

The warm hospitality has been a staple of the Weber Avenue business as Gutierrez works 10-hour shifts nearly every day. Now, Dial and other customers are fundraising to close their favorite restaurant for a week and allow Gutierrez to take a vacation.
