| Two U.S. Air Force airmen arrested after teen found dead following Sacramento Halloween party – According to the Fairfield Police Department, the remains of Carmel resident 19-year-old Leilani Beauchamp were found in Monterey County. Travis Air Force Base’s Office of Special Investigation assisted the police department in its investigation. They have so far arrested three people suspected to be involved in the alleged killing of Beauchamp. Of those arrested, one was charged with murder, while the other two charged with accessory to murder. ABC10 also confirmed one suspect charged with accessory to murder is a a U.S. Airforce airman. (Gilbert Cordova, ABC10) Green and yellow-tinted tap water is safe to drink, Roseville city officials said – The discoloration of the city's water is purely an aesthetical issue, and city officials assured residents there is nothing unsafe about the water. Heavy rainstorms hitting the area sent more than 15 ft. of water into the Folsom Reservoir, which is water used by the city of Roseville. "It’s really a result of that organic matter that was washed suddenly into Folsom Reservoir," said Roseville assistant environmental utilities director Sean Bigley. (Lena Howland, ABC10) City of Modesto faces wrongful death lawsuit from parents of unarmed man killed by police department – Attorneys for the parents of then-29-year-old Trevor Seever also say the Modesto police officer in question used excessive force against Seever. Officer Joseph Lamantia was fired from the city police department back in March and charged with voluntary manslaughter. Lamantia pleaded not guilty, but if convicted, he could face up to 11 years in prison. Both parents filed separate lawsuits, as they are both divorced from each other.
