Construction crews will close the Fannin Street exit from South Loop 610 westbound for an unknown number of weeks as crews start work on a new overpass. This means fans heading to see the Houston Texans play at NRG Stadium later this month, as few as there have been during this abysmal season, might want to plan ahead for game day.
