Texas City officials are investigating what caused a leak of crude oil at a Marathon Petroleum refinery Wednesday morning.

Video from ABC 13 shows a tank on the company's Galveston Bay refinery was spewing crude oil from a pipe on the side of the tank. The leak was capped, according to Marathon Petroleum spokesperson Jamal T. Kheiry. The spill was contained to the refinery.
