In the post, she says she had to get an eviction order on the man who was staying there, and that it was placed on his mattress. You do not need an eviction notice to get someone (off your property) who is potentially homeless, who is temporarily staying on your property," Rob Baquera, a spokesman for the Roseville Police Department, said. The Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito and Vector Control District said aedes aegypti have been detected in south Sacramento, Orangevale, Elk Grove and Arden Arcade. The small dark mosquitos aggressively bite during the day and lay eggs above water in small containers such as flower pots, pet dishes, and other containers, according to the control district.
