We won't have to fully say "goodbye" to Luby's, thankfully. But some Houston-area locations have an unclear future.
Calvin Gin, part of the family that founded Chicago-based catering business Flying Food Group, bought the brand and dozens of Luby's locations in Texas earlier this year.
But as the Houston Chronicle's Amanda Drane reports, any location Gin didn't purchase is in danger of shuttering.
