Facebook and Instagram disable some features in Europe
Due to new privacy rules in Europe, certain messaging-related ads, targeting, and audiences for ads delivered to and from Europe are paused. Plus; messaging-related metrics, organic messaging features, and messaging API features are also affected.
LinkedIn adds new 'Products' tab on company pages
This dedicated space showcases product offerings and highlights key businesses. It can spotlight product endorsements and testimonials by users, gather ratings and reviews from users and generate leads with a custom call-to-action button.
Periscope is being shut down in March 2021
Twitter will discontinue its separate mobile app, Periscope. However, the company will continue to offer live video streaming via its integrated Twitter Live feature available in the main app.
