Massive new developments are coming to Katy and Fort Bend. Stay on top of the hottest incoming spots with our tracker.

Keeping up with what's rising, leasing, breaking ground or quietly rebranding itself into something with the word "district" in it is, frankly, a full-time job. Fortunately for all of us, it actually is someone's full-time job here at the Chronicle: our real estate team's.

Our real estate reporter Melissa Luck put together this comprehensive guide to the hottest developments coming to and around us, so check out her coverage for everything you need to know.

From massive freeway-front retail hubs to more curated town-center concepts, here's what's taking shape in our corner of the world.
