UH coach Kelvin Sampson among finalists for Basketball Hall of Fame

Sampson, who has more than 800 career wins and has turned the University of Houston into a perennial powerhouse, was among the finalists announced by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame for enshrinement as part of the class of 2026.
